Musetesti is a nice village with a wonderful view to the mountains and with a very beautiful nature. It's a village with only one road, it is a very long road and you can never mix the way!

 Musetesti is the heart of the community, because here is the primary located as well as the police station, a doctor and a pharmacie. Moreover you can find here 2 shops, a cafe-bar and a disco. You can reach the next cities by bus within 20 till 50 minutes. You have direct connections to Sadu, Targu Tui and Novaci.

 Musetesti has an orthodox church and a babtist church.

 The rural arear is very different than a city. You can be sure many children and adults have not traveled much around and seeing a foreign person is something very intresting for them.

But the people are very  hostable and friendly. Most of them still produce their own vegtables and have animals at home. That means the agriculture is very important here.Sadu and Targu Jiu are the cities where most of the people work but  many young people  have to go for work  several month abroad, because they can not find work here. Normally the pupils leave their homes when they are 16 years old, because they go to high schools in Targu Jui or Sadu.

 Here in Musetesti is a primary  school like in every little village but apart it also includes the classes 5-8, with nearly 200 pupils and 12 teachers . In the same building is also a kindergarden with 15 children. At school they have a football and handball team, moreover there is an informatic room, a new sport gym, and the office for volunteers with 2 computers.
